Now interviewing clients for 2027 projects.
Step 1: Discovery Meeting
From Dream to Done
At Bloodworth Hospitality & Design, I offer full-service interior design—guiding your project from the first idea to the final reveal. I collaborate with trusted contractors, architects, and trade professionals to make sure every detail is executed with care and precision.
Whether you’re dreaming up a brand-new space or transforming one you already love, my services are designed to meet you where you are and carry you through the entire process.
What I offer:
Full Home Design – Complete design plans that bring cohesion, beauty, and functionality to your entire home.
Renovation – Thoughtful updates that refresh and reimagine your space while honoring your goals and budget.
New Build – Partnering with you (and your builder) from the ground up to ensure every selection supports your vision.
Vacation Rental Design & Setup – Creating inviting, memorable spaces for short-term rentals that wow guests and simplify hosting.
You get a partner who manages both the big picture and the smallest details—so instead of feeling overwhelmed by decisions, you get to enjoy the process and end up with a finished space that feels seamless, personal, and complete.
Step 1: Discovery Meeting
Every great project starts with a conversation. This first step sets the tone—it’s relaxed, collaborative, and all about exploring possibilities.
Over coffee, a phone call, or Zoom, we’ll spend about an hour talking through your ideas, your must-haves, and your timing. It’s part brainstorm, part reality check—and mostly just making sure we click.
What’s in it for you:
You’ll walk away with more clarity on how your project could take shape, what working together would look like, and whether the process feels like the right fit for you.
Afterward, I’ll follow up with a project summary and a rough timeline. A detailed budget isn’t part of this step (those take more digging and specifics), but you’ll leave with a solid picture of how we could move forward together.
Step 2: Defining Scope
Once you’ve decided to move forward with Bloodworth Hospitality & Design, the first thing we’ll do is clearly define the scope of work.
This step is about getting specific: you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so I can better understand your style and priorities. We’ll walk through your project space together, identify whether we’ll need additional team members (like contractors, architects, or trades), and start shaping a realistic budget.
What’s in it for you:
You’ll leave this stage with clarity and confidence—knowing exactly what’s included in your project, who’s involved, and how the process will unfold.
Step 3: Design & Sourcing
This is where the vision starts to take shape. In this phase, Bloodworth Hospitality & Design develops your plan in detail—from trim selections, concept drawings, and faucets to paint colors, furniture, and wallpaper.
We make as many decisions up front as possible so your project stays aligned with both your expectations and your budget. During this stage, design documents are created and a purchase plan is outlined so that everyone involved is on the same page.
What’s in it for you:
You’ll see your project take on a clear, tangible form. Instead of juggling endless choices or worrying about missing details, you’ll have a comprehensive design plan and understanding of sourcing strategy that keeps decisions organized, timelines realistic, and the end result exactly what you imagined.
Step 4: Implentation
It’s time for action! This is where your project moves from plan to reality.
If your scope includes construction, contractors will get started while BHD coordinates with them to keep the design on track. At the same time, product orders are placed, and we handle the logistics—managing purchase orders, shipping, storage, and deliveries—so you don’t have to.
The grand finale of this step is installation. The BHD team will bring furniture and finishes to life, carefully putting everything in place to bring your project to the finish line.
What’s in it for you:
You get to step back and watch your vision come to life without the stress of juggling logistics or troubleshooting details. Every choice and delivery is managed, and the final reveal is a space that feels complete, cohesive, and entirely yours.
